A Rocky Mountain High Christmas with guests the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra comes to Winnipeg at Centennial Concert Hall on December 8th, 2022.
John Denver’s original arranger/conductor and Hollywood legend, Lee Holdridge conducts the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra and will be joined by Canadian recording artists, Rick and Steve Worrall and special guest stars, soprano supreme Lara Ciekiewicz, rising star tenor, Nolan Kehler and the Winnipeg Youth Chorus, in a wonderful kick off to the Christmas season.
A celebration of John Denver’s greatest hits along with Mr. Holdridge’s arrangements of John’s favourite Christmas songs. A production for all ages which is sure to take you down memory lane, put a smile on your face and get you into the spirit of Christmas! You’ll hear many of your favourites including, Rocky Mountain High, Take Me Home Country Roads and more. There are lots of surprises and fun!
