March is Nutrition Month!

Have questions about eggs?  Manitoba Egg Farmers are here to help.

Why is my hard-boiled egg so hard to peel?
The fresher the egg, the more difficult it is to peel. For best results, use up older eggs first when hard boiling eggs OR let eggs sit out at room temperature for a few hours prior to hard boiling. Did you know that for every hour an egg is left out, it ages an entire day?
