Is the QX App free?
We’re subscription free, and always will be! While your standard data usage applies, there is no charge to download, install, or stream QX104.
How much mobile data does QX104 use?
While many apps can be amongst the heaviest data users – streaming audio with QX is actually quite data efficient! 30MB will get you 90 seconds on Instagram Reels.. Or a full hour of streaming QX104!
Can I stream in my car?
Yes! The QX App is compatible however you connect to your car stereo. Pair wirelessly with Bluetooth, plug in with an aux cable, or use an FM transmitter device. (Yes, you can even use an AUX to cassette tape adapter!). The QX App is also available on Apple CarPlay.
Does the QX App use mobile data when I'm at home or work?
If you’re connected to WiFi, stream away! Listening to QX104 won’t count against your mobile data usage while connected to WiFi at home, at work, or other public connections.
Do I need an account to enter contests?
If you’re in the QX Nation at QX104Country.ca, you’re already set! If not, it’s free, quick and easy to sign up. Watch the QX App as we’re always working on new giveaways.
