Your Holiday Includes:

• Round-trip economy airfare direct for two (2) adults for 7 nights onboard Air Canada Rouge to a select destination in Mexico or the Caribbean.
• Your Holiday does not include (these are the responsibility of the prize winner): All taxes and fees; including air taxes and local departure taxes. Connectors if required would be at an additional cost. Gratuities and charges of a personal nature.
• The following conditions will apply: This prize is to be used by the winner and is not transferable. Travel dates may only be confirmed within 28 days to selected departure date.
• Once issued in the name of the travelers, these tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. The prize may not be sold or bartered. Once booked, changes are not permitted.
• Prize is valid for travel to be completed by December 1, 2026 and no extensions will be given. Confirmation is subject to availability. Some flights are seasonal.

• Blackout dates include but are not limited to all major holidays (Christmas, New Years, March Break and Easter)

•  Valid exclusively at Breathless Cancun Soul Resort & Spa. Not valid during blackout periods: Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Easter, Thanksgiving, Presidents’ Week.
• Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability within our complimentary allotment. Book at least 120 days prior for travel between January–April, and 30 days prior for May–December. 
• This certificate is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Airfare, transportation, spa treatments, upgrades, and incidental charges are not included. The original certificate must be presented upon check-in.
• By accepting this certificate, the bearer agrees to waive any future claims or liabilities toward Hyatt Hotels Corporation or its affiliated entities regarding this courtesy stay.
