I’m nominating Makoon Transitions because it’s brand new in the field of reunification and keeping children out of the child welfare system. This business has amplified the community (especially the indigenous community) by offering housing, 24-hour support, programs and addiction counselling to help the parents leave the child welfare system, become healthy parents and raise their children in a healthy environment.
